Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event any or all equipment needs to be returned or returned for service. Before returning any products for credit, exchange or repair you must call our service department to obtain an RMA number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be given by our technical staff to ensure that all requirements for an RMA are met. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers issued are valid for 15 days only. You are responsible for all shipping charges and ensuring that item is returned safely. To ensure proper credit, please have the following information clearly marked on the inside and outside of each shipment.

RMA number on container and / or reference number on the packing list, customer name, invoice number, and a brief description of the problem. All exchanges or credits must be cleared with our staff and will be handled within the 30-day warranty period or 90 day warranty for new equipment.

You may return products for exchange for repair within the applicable period. For credit, returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Non-defective returns for credit must be received in good condition with all accompanying materials, and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. You must first obtain an RMA number from us.
